Delivery Timeframe:

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days within Peninsular Malaysia.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs:

For orders within Peninsular Malaysia, the minimum cost of postage is RM7
For orders within Nilai area, the cost of postage is not charged / free but outside the Nilai area will be charged RM3
Shipping fees for orders to East Malaysia will be calculated based on the delivery address and weight of the items in your cart.

Order Tracking:

You will receive an message from Whatsapp with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Use the tracking number provided to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package on the J&T website.
