To place an order, simply browse our website via Beacons at catalog product selection, click the whatsapp button order and list the the items you want in the text given, and send via Whatsapp. Once you're done shopping, the workers will reply your message and give the additional informarion (such as name, Address and phone number) to proceed the order after the payment has been made.

We currently accept payments via QR DuitNow transfer and via Cash.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before making payment.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery within Peninsular Malaysia usually takes 3-5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email or via Whatsapp message with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your package on the J&T website.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the return and replacement process.

We accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery. Exchanges for different flavors are not accepted unless the packaging is unsealed or the product is damaged.

Currently, we only deliver within East Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping.
